Which QB most needs a change of scenery? (The Detroit Lions' unrest is probably the wrong backdrop for Matthew Stafford. The former No. 1 overall pick's growth already was stunted before this year, with lapses in his mechanics repeatedly costing him over time. But now he's playing with an offensive line that can't protect him and a running attack that averages a league-worst 69.6 yards per game. Stafford needs help, but above all he needs a coaching staff that can translate his considerable talents into consistent play. There's no telling what the next steps will be in Detroit after the team dropped general manager Martin Mayhew and president Tom Lewand, but a fresh start might help jump-start the 27-year-old Stafford's career at a critical juncture.):   http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/2015/11/09/colin-kaepernick-rg3-robert-griffin-matthew-stafford/75481870/
