Strengths: Busted out a 4.52 40 at the combine to go along with a 39.5 vertical, and those eye-popping numbers for an off-ball linebacker showed up consistently on tape. Three-time wrestling champ in high school who moved from safety to linebacker before college. Had three sacks in each of the last two seasons, is a wrap-up tackler who is quick to fight off blocks and fill gaps. Nose for the ball, usually being at the right place at the right time, who also flashes sideline-to-sideline speed. Does everything well and will be, at worse, a solid NFL starter. Weaknesses: Can be a little stiff with his change of direction when trying to cover running backs out of the backfield, but it's not a glaring weakness. Just a note that while he's incredibly athletic for the position, he doesn't possess elite coverage skills.
