One big question for every NFC team (Detroit Lions: How will Detroit fill the void left by Ndamukong Suh? When a team loses a transformational player like Suh, the question doesn't become whether one player can step into his role. Rather, Detroit must figure out whether its defense can collectively make up for the loss of Suh. The trade for Haloti Ngata is a good start. Ngata can't provide the All-Pro production of years past, but he's a reliable veteran who can help stabilize the defensive line.
