Final 2020 offensive line rankings (13. DETROIT LIONS:  Another year, another season of improved play from Frank Ragnow, who is asserting himself as one of the league’s top young interior offensive linemen. His 80.3 PFF grade in 2020 ranked second at the center position, and it came behind career-high grades both in pass protection and as a run-blocker. The fact that he played through a fractured throat late in the season only adds to the notion that this is a guy you don’t want to mess with in the trenches.  There were shuffling pieces along the line this season, but the play from both Ragnow and left tackle Taylor Decker (82.0 PFF grade) fresh off a contract extension this offseason helped stabilize the group. The Lions will be hoping for a second-year jump for Jonah Jackson at guard in 2021 to help take the unit to the next level.):  https://www.pff.com/news/nfl-final-2020-offensive-line-rankings

NFL coaching carousel: Ranking the top candidates for all six head coach openings (Detroit Lions - The main question when it comes to the Lions is what to do with quarterback Matthew Stafford. He is signed through 2022, but it's possible Detroit could embrace a full rebuild and look for a new signal-caller this offseason. Apart from that, this coach has to have an idea of how to fix the Lions defense, which was statistically the worst in the league this season. While hiring a defensive-minded head coach didn't work last time, it's possible they could try again. I like Saleh in this spot because the 49ers defense was fifth in yards allowed per game this year, and ranked second last year when they made it to Super Bowl LIV.  Plus, with how animated he gets on the sideline, he just looks like a coach that can establish a successful culture.  Top candidates: 1. Robert Saleh 2. Eric Bieniemy 3. Marvin Lewis):  https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/nfl-coaching-carousel-ranking-the-top-candidates-for-all-six-head-coach-openings/

QB Power Rankings 2020: Rodgers remains on top heading into Super Wild Card Weekend (12 – Matthew Stafford, Detroit Lions (Season: 16 GP | 255.3 YPG (13th) | 64.2% (23rd) | 6.6 avg CAY (T-9th) | 4.9 TD% (17th) | 1.9 INT% (14th) | 26.24 OVM (6th) | 112 rush yards (21st) | 0 rush TDs (T-25th)):  To say Matthew Stafford wasn’t 100% would be an understatement. One week removed from an ankle injury, Stafford insisted on playing quarterback for the Detroit Lions, despite the obvious reasons not to. Not only does Stafford have immense toughness, but he’s a tremendous NFL quarterback to boot. Playing through three ailments, Stafford completed 20-of-31 pass attempts for 293 yards and three touchdowns. Outside of a poorly timed interception, Stafford may have played better than even his numbers indicate. Not just Week 17, but the 2020 season as a whole.):  https://www.profootballnetwork.com/qb-power-rankings-2020/
