2013 NFL Redraft: Rebuilding the first round based on PFF grades and data (5. Detroit Lions: WR Keenan Allen, California (Round 3, Pick 76) - Original Pick: EDGE Ezekiel Ansah, BYU.  Allen was one of the NFL’s most consistent performers during his 11 seasons with the Chargers. His 92.8 PFF receiving grade from 2013 to 2023 ranked seventh among all wide receivers. One takeaway from every NFC team's offseason workouts (Detroit Lions - Aidan Hutchinson is back. The Lions have been an NFC heavyweight for a few years now, but their defense took a big blow when Hutchinson suffered a serious leg injury last October, robbing the star pass rusher of 2024's final 12 games. Fortunately, the former first-rounder was fully cleared for action this spring, then hit the ground running off the edge in OTAs. Building an All-Bargain Team from Prisco's Top 100 NFL players of 2025: Lions, Rams, Vikings offer big steals (Jahmyr Gibbs - Prisco rank: 32 | Cap hit: $4.9M.  We don't talk enough about the impact Gibbs had on the Lions' all-star offense in 2024. In just his second NFL season, the former first-round pick approached 2,000 scrimmage yards and scored 20 total touchdowns, even while initially splitting touches with David Montgomery. He's lightning in a bottle. He's also a prime candidate to join the likes of Saquon Barkley as a top-paid ball-carrier in the coming years.  Penei Sewell - Prisco rank: 21 | Cap hit: $9.5M.  The Lions rewarded the big man with a huge payday prior to 2024, making the former top-10 pick one of the NFL's highest-paid blockers, but his 2025 charge ranks outside the top 10 at right tackle. That's almost unbelievable considering what Sewell brings up front. A massive two-time All-Pro who's missed just a single game in four seasons, his road-grading has been a catalyst for Detroit's recent offensive fireworks.  Aidan Hutchinson - Prisco rank: 15 | Cap hit: $11.3M.  A serious leg injury robbed Hutchinson of all but five games in 2024, but in a pass rush market where elite sack artists command more than $30 million per year, the well-rounded Michigan product projects as supreme value. That's because he was on a tear prior to his injury (7.5 sacks in five games) and enters 2025 with almost twice as many quarterback hits (69) as games played (39).
