The NFL's Week 4 Overreaction Index (When is enough enough in Detroit?  Hot seats have been a common theme in our weekly overreactions piece, as since the season kicked off more than a few head coaches seemed as if they were working on borrowed time. On of those coaches, Detroit Lions head man Matt Patricia, saw his team suffer another brutal – yet familiar – fate on Sunday. After getting out to an early lead against the New Orleans Saints, the Lions fell by a final score of 35-29.  Back in Week 2 the Lions lost to the Green Bay Packers, blowing an early 14-3 lead in the process. That marked the fourth time in four-straight games that the Lions had lost a game after getting out to a double-digit lead, setting an NFL record.  On Sunday the Lions had an early 14-0 advantage. Then they were outscored 35-15 the rest of the way.  Enough is enough with Patricia, right?  Verdict: Minimal overreaction here.  Take a spin through Lions Twitter if you dare, and you can see how the knives are out.  Are these fans and more about to get their wish?  Verdict: Minimal overreaction here.  Look, Patricia has put up a woeful record since taking over the organization, and as a man known for his defensive prowess, the Lions do not exactly have a good defense, and Patricia’s almost unwillingness to change his ways to fit the talent on that side of the football are destroying any shot this team has at stopping opposing offenses. Patricia might be a great defensive mind, but as a head coach, the results speak for themselves.
