Fox sports (25. Detroit Lions (2-6):  How's that for the fightin' Knee Cap Biters? What a moment for the much-maligned Detroit defense to hold Green Bay to nine points, picking off Aaron Rodgers three times in the process. FTW (26.  Detroit Lions (Last week’s rank: 30):  Detroit capitalized on Aaron Rodgers’ mistakes — doinking a goal line pass off a defender’s helmet, wildly underthrowing an open David Bakhtiari in the end zone — to effectively crush the Packers’ postseason hopes. After a pair of lackluster losses sandwiched around their bye, the Lions are frisky again. PFN (29. Detroit Lions - The Detroit Lions might be working their way out of the top draft pick, but it’s good to see a young, exciting football team battle their demons and beat a divisional opponent who’d taken five of the last six games in the series. The Lions’ win last season came in the final week of the season when Green Bay had the top seed in the NFC locked up.  Detroit’s defense has been a sieve all season, but came up big on multiple occasions to turn over Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers undoubtedly helped Detroit on the second red-zone INT by underthrowing the pass to David Bakhtiari by about five yards, but rookie DE Aidan Hutchinson made a heady play by recognizing the tackle was eligible and leaving to run a route.  Jared Goff struggled for much of the game but came up big when the Lions needed him most on the team’s second and final touchdown drive.):  https://www.profootballnetwork.com/nfl-power-rankings-week-10-2022/

Detroit Lions (2–6) (Points in poll: 36, Highest-place vote: 25 (1 vote), Lowest-place vote: 31 (1 vote), Preseason rank: 23):  Nobody expected much of anything from the Lions last year, but at some point the results on the field will have to be there. But before he could enjoy some well-earned lager, the coach needed to deliver an emotional locker room speech following his team’s 15-9 win over the Packers and longtime tormentor Aaron Rodgers. “I told you Wednesday, men, I could smell something!” Campbell said. “You could smell something in the air and you guys rallied. … That’s not easy. Detroit Lions (2-6) (Week 9 ranking: 31) - Non-QB MVP: RB Jamaal Williams.  Williams embodies the spirit of what the Lions are trying to build with grit and has been available in every game for the Lions this season. He is off to the best start of his six-year career with eight touchdowns, third most in the league behind only Cleveland's Chubb and Tennessee's Henry. He still isn't satisfied, however. "I've always been training myself to handle these types of workloads and these types of seasons," Williams told ESPN. If he's still hurt, sit him. If he's healthy, play him.
