SN Bender (Detroit Lions (-3) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers - This is one of those spots for Detroit. Dan Campbell has built a NFC contender that has been ruthless on the offensive and defensive lines. Tampa Bay had a bye week, and Baker Mayfield has been kept clean in the pocket. The Buccaneers are coming off a bye week and will be wearing the creamsicle throwback jerseys, too. Detroit has won three straight games by 14 points or more. Biglead (LIONS (-3) over BUCCANEERS:  If it ain't broke, don't fix it. What Dan Campbell's team is doing both in the win-loss department and in the covering-the-spread department is truly impressive. They have a chance to extinguish any lingering doubts that they're fugazi by going down to Tampa Bay on Sunday and taking care of business. And outside of the pesky Seattle Seahawks, all this team does is take care of business. Destroying Carolina looked easier than expected. That defensive front is causing all sorts of trouble for opposing quarterbacks and generating turnovers or tremendous field position for the offense more often than not. Baker Mayfield has shown signs of his former self thus far yet it will probably take 30 points to beat a Jared Goff offense operating near perfection. We just don't see it. SN Iyer (Upset of the Week: Buccaneers (+3, 45.5 o/u) over Lions.  The Lions are only field-goal favorites here for a reason. They struggled stopping a similar Seahawks offense in their only loss, at home. Jared Goff is playing well but faces a rested defense on the road, one that can at least contain David Montgomery and the running game. Baker Mayfield is feeling comfy and there should enough passing matchups to exploit downfield as he's well protected. Emmanuel Moseley is out for the year after tearing his ACL, Brian Branch is still banged-up and Jahmyr Gibbs is dealing with a hamstring injury.  The Lions are fourth in scoring this season (29.6 points per game), but I have faith in the Buccaneers defense. The Bucs have held their opponents to 17 or fewer points in three out of their four games this season, and are tied for the NFL lead in turnover margin with the 49ers (+7) and sacks allowed (4). This game could be closer than expected.  A home dog with the hook?
