Charles Harris and the Okwara brothers are free agents after the season, so Detroit will need to add some edge rushers to replace them. Robinson (6-3, 250) plays defensive end for Penn State, but for the NFL, he may have to move to outside linebacker given his size. If Robinson is any smaller than his listed numbers, he definitely will be too small to play end on an every-down basis. In 2023, Robinson has nine tackles, three sacks, a forced fumble and a pass batted playing in five games. He recorded 5.5 sacks, 10 tackles for a loss, two passes batted, one forced fumble and 26 tackle in 2022. Playing for Maryland in 2021, he had 19 tackles and two sacks. 62. Detroit Lions: Marcellas Dial, CB, South Carolina. Jerry Jacobs has been phenomenal and a brilliant undrafted free agent signing by the Lions. Cam Sutton has played well also, but Detroit could use a third corner to go with them. Dial will continue the South Carolina tradition of producing draftable cornerbacks for the next level, as he flashed ability last season in the starter role across from Cam Sutton. During 2022, Dial recorded three interceptions, 12 passes broken up and 45 tackles. He totaled 33 tackles and six breakups in the previous season. In 2023, Dial has 28 tackles and nine passes broken up. The 6-foot, 195-pounder has a good skill set with size, speed and athleticism.
