College coaches pick 2026 NFL draft sleepers (Brian Parker II, G/C, Duke Blue Devils - Key numbers: 33 career starts (32 at right tackle, one at left tackle). He received the highest run-blocking grade and fifth highest nationally during the 2025 regular season from Pro Football Focus (85.5). Parker started Duke's first 13 games last season at right tackle, after logging 12 of 13 starts in 2024 at right tackle.  Scouts Inc. ranking: No. 104 overall, No. 5 guard, grade of 68.  What else to know: Parker earned second-team All-ACC honors in each of the past two seasons and third-team AP All-America honors in 2025. According to Pro Football Focus, he led the nation in 2024 with the most pass-blocking snaps (515) without giving up a sack, and gave up only one quarterback hit. Although Parker played tackle at Duke, Scouts Inc. graded him as a guard and he worked out at the combine as a center. He had the No. 7 three-cone drill time among offensive linemen (7.66 seconds).  "He could be a guy that plays all five [offensive line] positions and adds a lot of value to an NFL team," Duke coach Manny Diaz said. 4 under-the-radar tackles the Lions could wait and take outside of the first round in the 2026 NFL Draft, and win big with (Brian Parker, OT, Duke - Average Draft Position: 102.  Parker is coming off a very strong 2025 for the Blue Devils. He allowed 20 pressures and three sacks as a right tackle. He had a career-high 83.9 run block grade from Pro Football Focus. That’s big because his 2024 grade was 68.8. He had back-to-back pass block grades in the 80’s. Right now, the idea that some teams are thinking about with him is a move to the center. That says a lot about his mental processing. It’s usually the guys who can make that move that teams feel good about taking on responsibility and being communicative. 12 NFL Draft prospects for Lions to watch during 2026 East-West Shrine game (Brian Parker, OT/C, Duke (6-foot-5, 306) - Al: A three-year starter at Duke with 37 career starts at both tackle spots (primarily right tackle), Parker projects best as an interior offensive lineman at the next level. Originally recruited as a center, he interestingly took reps at the pivot throughout Shrine Bowl practices.  Parker’s shorter arms (32.25 inches) showed up on the edge, where defenders could occasionally corner him or convert speed to power and get into his frame with length. Even so, he was a strong overall pass protector on an island. There’s plenty to like on tape: physical hand strikes, impressive grip strength, typewriter feet in the run game, and quick mobility in space. His awareness to sort out blitzers and stunts would translate well to being the tip of the spear along an NFL offensive line. Brian Parker II, Duke:  After splitting time between left tackle and right tackle in 2023, Parker stayed on the right side for the Blue Devils this past season. What’s remained constant over the last two years is his dominance as a pass protector. His 84.9 pass-blocking grade since 2023 is tied for 12th among all offensive tackles in America and is the top mark of any returning ones. Parker’s 2.5% pressure rate allowed and 0.4% knockdown rate in that span are each top-15 marks in the nation as well. He’s arguably the best returning pass protector in America and will be vital for new quarterback Darian Mensah’s development.)
