PFF's 2022 NFL All-Rookie Team: Brock Purdy, Aidan Hutchinson, Sauce Gardner and more (Edge Aidan Hutchinson, Detroit Lions - Hutchinson was the top player on PFF’s draft board in large part because of the certainty with which we felt he’d be an impact NFL defensive lineman. That proved to be the case quickly, as Hutchinson finished with an 80.7 overall grade. He led all rookies with 53 pressures on the season.  LB Malcolm Rodriguez, Detroit Lions - A lot of rookies took their lumps at linebacker this season, Rodriguez included. Still, the good outweighed the bad for the sixth-rounder, who finished with a 63.9 overall grade on 611 snaps. His range and instinctive playstyle were all over his tape.):  https://www.pff.com/news/nfl-2022-nfl-all-rookie-team-brock-purdy-aidan-hutchinson-sauce-gardner-and-more

Final NFL Rookie Rankings: Gardner closes as top rookie (5. DE Aidan Hutchinson:  Hutchinson added to his sack total in the first quarter against Aaron Rodgers. It is still confusing how he was not able to strip the ball away on that particular play but he continues to pad his rookie resume.):  https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/final-nfl-rookie-power-rankings-sauce-gardner-leads-three-jets-wide-receivers-dominate-top-5/

One reason for optimism for 16 non-playoff teams (Lions - They're genuinely on the come-up. How can they not be, right? The M.O. with Dan Campbell's Lions has been fight to the finish, regardless of the record or circumstance. But that attitude has begun to manifest in the win column, and against superior teams. They've got a big question to answer at QB, where Jared Goff has been a pleasant surprise but could benefit from more athletic competition. But Week 18's upset of Green Bay in Lambeau has them poised to make actual noise in the NFC North with reinforcements on an improving defense.):  https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/2023-nfl-offseason-one-reason-for-optimism-for-all-16-non-playoff-teams-including-lions-packers-steelers/

Winners and Losers NFL Black Monday 2023: New Orleans Saints and Jim Harbaugh Can Win Big, Houston Texans and Detroit Lions Lose Out (Losers - Detroit Lions:  The Lions could lose both their offensive and defensive coordinators in this coaching cycle. DC Aaron Glenn has already been contacted by the Indianapolis Colts, and OC Ben Johnson has been contacted by the Colts, Carolina Panthers, and Houston Texans.  Either of the two coordinators could end up getting contacted by other teams as well. In previous coaching cycles, Glenn had been interviewed by the Broncos, Tennessee Titans, New York Jets, and Saints. He’s been a commodity for a while and could be gone in this cycle.  With how much Johnson did on the offensive side of the ball, making Jared Goff look like a starting NFL quarterback again and enabling Amon-Ra St. Brown to be a fearsome wide receiver, all while maintaining a deadly run game, he could see calls sooner rather than later. Additionally, both Johnson and Glenn might raid the Lions’ staff to fill out their new teams.):  https://www.profootballnetwork.com/winners-and-losers-nfl-black-monday-2023/
